Delivery Information

All orders must be deliverable to a valid street address (No PO Boxes or Private Bags).

We make every effort to get your order out as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 2-4 working days for delivery of your goods within New Zealand.

Tracking details of your order will be emailed to you after dispatch.

FREE SHIPPING applies to most orders.  You will be notified otherwise, ie. bulk orders.

A surcharge of $5.00 for rural delivery applies (on all orders with a rural delivery address).

Any damages or missing articles must be noted at the time of delivery with the driver (If in any doubt, do not sign as recieved in good condition).  Please contact our office within 48 hours.
